INNIT English and Math Academy is opening on the third floor of Geukdong Shopping Centre in Palyong-dong, Uichang-gu, Changwon.

Rather than solving one more problem,
we want children to learn to think through a problem for themselves.

After ten years of teaching in Dongnae, Sajik, Hwamyeong and Haeundae in Busan,

—————

we are bringing our experience from these education-focused neighbourhoods to INNIT English and Math Academy in Palyong-dong, Uichang-gu, Changwon.

INNIT, IN IT WE GROW.
INNIT English and Math Academy

Our name expresses our belief in growth through the learning process.

A child who could not solve a problem alone finds the answer independently.

A child who hesitated to raise a hand cautiously begins to share their thoughts.

————

To us, these small changes are real growth.

Who we teach

Elementary Grade 3 through the second year of high school

Elementary school English and mathematics

Middle school English and mathematics

High school English and mathematics

How we teach

As we open, we begin with closely supported one-to-one lessons.

We do not mix elementary students with middle and high school students. Their study habits and stages of emotional development differ.

We use cumulative review and daily tests before and after lessons. Covering material is not enough without checking what students understand.

Students complete the day’s work before leaving. Today’s learning is finished today.

Learning support

Monthly learning reports show what each child has learned and how they have developed over the month.

Each student keeps a mistake notebook and revisits problems they answered incorrectly.

Memorisation is not the end of learning. Regular tests check understanding.

Care in the details

Students create personal study planners, which we review together to help them learn to plan and follow through.

If homework is unfinished, we work through it together until it is complete. Our principle is to finish today’s work today, without exceptions.

What we value

Grades are results.

Our focus is on the process.

Can they solve, on their own today,

a problem they couldn't solve yesterday?

Do they try again after making a mistake?

Do they open a book without being told?

These small experiences build real ability over time.
