Refunds
In line with Article 18 (refund of fees) of the Korean Act on academies.
- Before classes startFull refund

- Refunds are based on the total teaching hours.
- Refunds are calculated on the registered period, whether or not classes were attended.
- Textbooks and group purchases cannot be refunded once opened or used.
Payment
Due before the 1st of each month
e.g. October fees are due by the last day of September.

If payment is not received by the 1st, classes for that month may not be provided.
Good to know
Carry-over and deductions · No deduction or carry-over to the next month for personal absences (travel, a simple absence).
Make-up sessions · For a justified absence (illness…), a make-up session is arranged only if you let us know in advance.
