After ten years teaching in Busan’s Sajik, Hwamyeong and Haeundae, two directors now teach English and math in Paryong-dong, Changwon.

Two subjects, one way of learning
Elementary and secondary students are never mixed: their study habits and needs are not the same.

Learn more · MathHow learning works
One lesson fits in four lines: what is learned is checked that day, and mistakes come back next time.
Students redo the key ideas and past mistakes from the last lesson; 80% is the pass mark.
We see right away where students get stuck and adjust the pace to them, not to a schedule.
Before leaving, students solve today’s material on their own; if they fall short, we go over it until it sticks.
Mistakes go into the notebook and come back in the next review test.
In the last five minutes, students write a short log of what they learned.
Our teaching method
The people behind INNIT
Two directors with ten years of teaching in Busan, each in charge of one subject.
She started as an assistant and became lead teacher at a language school in Sajik, Busan, writing her own materials. She changes her explanation until the student understands.
She focuses on the principles and structure behind each concept rather than formulas. After teaching in several places, she decided to build one that takes full responsibility for students’ growth.
Lesson stories
A high school student who switched tutors after every exam
“He had been memorising passages; after learning to read reworked questions, his next exam score rose by about 50 points.”
A grade 11 student already scoring 90
“After learning not to be thrown by reworked texts, the student missed only one question in the end-of-term exam and came first in English.”
