Hello, this is INNIT English Math Academy.

INNIT follows the tuition payment and refund policies below to support lesson preparation and the learning environment we provide.

We appreciate parents' attention and cooperation.

1. Payment schedule and attendance at lessons

📅 Payment deadline: before the first day of each month

To support the academy's operation and study planning, we need to confirm payment by the first day of each month.

✔️ For example, please pay October tuition by the end of September.

⚠️ Please note

If payment has not been confirmed by the first day of the month, we may be unable to provide lessons for that month. Please make sure to meet the payment deadline.

Bank transfer / Card / ZeroPay / The academy's designated payment system

2. Tuition refunds

Our academy follows Article 18 of the Act on the Establishment and Operation of Private Teaching Institutes and Extracurricular Lessons concerning tuition refunds.

💡 Notes

✔️ Refund calculations are based on the enrolled teaching period, counted from the start of lessons, regardless of actual attendance.

✔️ Textbooks and items purchased as a group cannot be refunded once opened or used.

3. Other Notes

▫️ Carryover and deductions

As a rule, absences for personal reasons, such as travel or ordinary missed classes, do not qualify for tuition deductions or carryover to the next month.

▫️ Make-up lessons

For absences for a valid reason, such as illness, we adjust the make-up lesson schedule only if you have contacted us in advance.
